Should I get made to measure suits for the groomsmen?

That is a decision that is up to yourself and the budget. Red Church has very competitive and unique groomsmen packages available if that is the route you want to take. Alternatively, there is plenty of off the rack choices also. The big day is all about the bridge and groom, so focus on that firstly.
